This channel is dedicated exclusively to reporting legal breaches by the organization or its members, under the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and fight against corruption.

What is considered a regulatory breach?

Without being exclusive or exhaustive, the following are considered breaches:

  • Fraud and scams

  • Money laundering

  • Tax evasion or avoidance

  • Crimes against intellectual or industrial property

  • Unfair competition

  • Crimes against the market or consumers

  • Internal corruption

  • Irregularities involving Social Security or the Tax Agency

  • Breaches of data protection regulations

  • Disclosure of trade secrets

  • Embezzlement

  • Crimes against the environment and public health

  • Violation of workers’ rights

Some of the situations that could be reported through this channel include:

  • Possible illegal conduct or behavior in the performance of work duties

  • Alleged misuse of company resources for personal gain

  • Situations of discrimination or sexual harassment

  • Corruption, theft, fraud, or similar practices

Who can submit a report?

Any person within the company, as well as external individuals who are or have been connected or related to it in a work or professional context.

How can I make a report?

Reports can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person, following the steps indicated in the Confidential Whistleblowing Form.
Reports may also be made anonymously.

How will the report be processed?

All reports will be handled guaranteeing confidentiality and protection against retaliation for the reporting person.

Confidentiality guarantee

The internal reporting system ensures guarantees of confidentiality, non-retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications, and proper follow-up, investigation, and protection practices for the reporting individual.

We certify that all the channels made available for submitting a report are subject to prior review by Lant Abogados, in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the report and ensure that it is forwarded to a valid interlocutor of the reported entity.
